SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

• Leasing a license does not contribute toward the purchase or full ownership of the license. It is strictly a rental agreement.
   

• You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time by logging into PayPal and canceling directly through your account settings or by submitting a cancellation request to our team.

• If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to ShowKontrol until the end of your current billing period.
   

• Refunds are not provided once a license has been issued and registered.​​

• Refund requests, excluding the first billing cycle (which is non-refundable), will be honored within 48 hours of payment. To process a refund, the license must remain unregistered and unused.

CANCELLATION
 

To cancel your subscription and, if applicable, request a refund, log in to your PayPal account and cancel your plan. For refund requests, please complete the cancellation process as outlined above or send an email to info@eiglive.com with cancellation request.
