SHOWKONTROL RUNS ON MAC ONLY?

Yes it does. Next question.   Note: The official explanation, (when taking away all the emotions) is that te framework and engines used to generate SMPTE, are based on Apple libraries. This inconveniently not happens to be available on Windows based machines.   We are working to fix this issue in the near future.

WHAT PIONEER DJ DEVICES ARE SUPPORTED?

As we move forward in the future, we decided to only support Pioneer DJ NXS2, TOUR1 and up models:   Players: 
- Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000
- Pioneer DJ CDJ-2000NXS2
- Pioneer DJ CDJ-TOUR1 - Pioneer DJ XDJ1000MK2   Mixers:    - Pioneer DJ DJM-V10 - Pioneer DJ DJM-900NXS2 - Pioneer DJ DJM-TOUR1 
Getting in sync with a live DJ set-up is one thing. But keeping the DJ setup working properly, without exhausting its capabilities is next level. ;) As the NXS2 and up models are way more powerful, we've ensured our clients that when a DJ is playing the set of his/her life, won't be interrupted by the stalking crew's legendary software.

DO I HAVE TO UPDATE MY DJ EQUIPMENT?

The firmwares of Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000, CDJ-TOUR1, CDJ-2000NXS2, XDJ-1000MK2, DJM-TOUR1, DJM-900NXS2 and DJM-V10 need to be updated to the latest version. Check www.pioneerdj.com for more details. Secondly; because ShowKontrol has been developed by TC Supply and Pioneer DJ, the software only works in combination with Pioneer DJ's equipment.

HOW WELL TESTED IS SHOWKONTROL?

This is a question we ask ourselves every day, while we're having enormous fun by designing and playing with ShowKontrol software and the equipment it connects to.

We invest a lot into industry standard equipment to test connectivity, reliability and precision of our software. On top of that, we have a test team, that is solely hired to try to break our software to solve any bugs in our system immediately.

HOW LEGAL IS SHOWKONTROL?

Looking into anothers' business is always illegal, unless you have permission to do so. That is why users of our software should always consult the artist they work with to agree what they can see and share. We do not collect data from you that does not contribute to the operation of our software, unless you gave permission for it. In addition, your data will be fully encrypted from the moment you create your LIVEKEY account.

If you meant the amazing connectivity to Pioneer DJ's equipment, we can ensure you that our software is completely supported and integrated by Pioneer DJ.

WHAT DO I RECEIVE AFTER DOWNLOADING SHOWKONTROL?
